- Warehouse-to-warehouse handover — deliver the vehicle to our warehouse at the load port, and collect it at the destination port warehouse.
- Personal effects ARE allowed in a container (RM225 per car, up to 5 packages) — they must be packed inside the vehicle and declared beforehand. Foodstuff, electrical items, alcohol, plants, medication and flammable goods are prohibited.
- Marine Insurance is MANDATORY for every vehicle and billed separately per the vehicle Insured Value.
- Premium, Hybrid, EV and Van/MPV need the vehicle details reviewed before a booking is confirmed.

How much does it cost to ship a car from Port Klang to Kuching?
The direct Port Klang to Kuching sailing is temporarily suspended, so vehicles to Kuching now route via Bintulu: sedan / hatchback RM 2,450, SUV / MPV / 4x4 RM 2,580, motorcycles RM 1,390. Direct to Bintulu via Westport, a sedan is RM 2,300 and an SUV RM 2,430. To Kota Kinabalu via Northport, a sedan is RM 2,245 and an SUV RM 2,490.
What is the difference between Northport and Westport?
Both are terminals within Port Klang. Rates and sailing schedules differ by route operator — which is why the same destination can carry two prices. When you book, we recommend the terminal with the nearest sailing or the best rate for your vehicle.
Why does Kuching cost less than Bintulu?
Kuching is Sarawak's main port, but the direct Port Klang to Kuching sailing is temporarily suspended — no vessel is calling there at present. Vehicles now route via Bintulu, so a sedan to Kuching is RM 2,450 against RM 2,300 direct to Bintulu. The second option is a container at RM 2,750, which sails direct to Kuching. Sibu and Miri do have published container rates — see the container tariff on this page.

How much is home pickup?
For Klang Valley and selected nearby areas, pickup is RM 250. For collection from other Peninsular states, use our Car Carrier Collection (RM 600–800 by state — see the section above). For door-to-door in Sabah/Sarawak (port → recipient address), we quote separately by destination zone.
Do you offer car carrier collection from other states to Port Klang?
Yes. We provide car carrier collection from every Peninsular Malaysia state to Port Klang. Rates start at RM 600 for PC / LC depending on the state and pickup location.
When do I pay the balance? Can I split payments?
