Track your shipment, in real time.

Choose the tracking type you need — Vehicle for cars, vans, or heavy machinery; Container for manifests and TEU at sea. Both systems integrate with shipping lines, port terminals, and Malaysian customs.

// FIND YOUR TRACKING NO. Refer to your tracking no. on the shipping invoice, confirmation email "Booking Confirmation – RTK", or WhatsApp message from +60 17-349 0959. Format: RTK-2026-XXXXX.

Vehicle or container — it is the same number

Both forms look up the same record. The response is identical and so is the six-step timeline; only the visual treatment differs. The Vehicle page draws the RoRo and car-carrier metaphor, while the Container page draws TEUs, gantry cranes and a container vessel. Pick whichever matches what you shipped — you lose no information either way.

Once the record resolves, the result panel shows the registration and model, the invoice number, the route from pickup location to arrival port, the full event log, and a WhatsApp share button pre-filled with your current status.

One tip for a shipment you check repeatedly: append ?id= and your number to the tracking page URL, then bookmark it. The page fills the form and looks up your record automatically every time you open it — no retyping. To check a different shipment afterwards, hit “New search” on the result panel.

The six statuses, and what each one means

  • Picked Up — the shipment has been handed over to us and the first land leg has begun.
  • In Yard — sitting at the Klang yard, waiting its turn to load at Port Klang.
  • Sailing at Sea — aboard the vessel and on the water.
  • Arrived at Port — the vessel has reached the destination port; clearance is handled there.
  • In Delivery — the final land leg, from the port to the receiving address.
  • Delivered to Customer — inspected and signed for on receipt.

Any step without a date shows as Pending. That means the phase has not happened yet — not that something has gone wrong.

Arrived safely? If you have a minute, an honest Google review — whatever your experience was — helps the next person choose who to ship with.

When your number starts working

Your tracking number arrives with your booking paperwork, not the moment you submit a form. After you lock the manifest, ops verifies your documents and reserves the sailing slot, and your official booking number reaches you over WhatsApp within 30 working minutes. That slot is held for 24 hours pending payment, and is only formally locked once the deposit clears.

So if you have only just booked and all six steps still read “Pending”, that is exactly what you should be seeing. The first step is only dated once the shipment is physically collected. Not booked yet? Start with a quote.

If your number does not resolve

The system distinguishes two very different problems. “Tracking ID not found” means the number is not in the records — usually a typo, or the invoice number used in place of the tracking number. Double-check it against your invoice, or WhatsApp us at +60 17-349 0959. “Tracking service unreachable” means your number may well be correct and the connection to the system simply failed for a moment — try again shortly.

Before you submit, make sure the field contains only letters, numbers and hyphens. A stray space, a trailing colon, or an extra word copied along with the number from an email will be rejected before the lookup even runs.
