The whole process takes 10–14 days depending on the shipping schedule and destination port. Sea transit from Port Klang to Kuching is typically 5–7 days; to Bintulu/Sibu/Miri 6–8 days. The complete process includes documentation, transit yard, RORO sailing, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Pricing starts from RM 1,200 for motorcycles, RM 2,000 for sedan/compact (Vios, City, Saga, Persona), and RM 2,100 for SUV/MPV (CR-V, X70, Vellfire) to Kuching. For pickup trucks, the rate is on request — check with our officer. Rates are port-to-port and exclude Marine Insurance. The premium is calculated from your vehicle's Insured Value — referencing your existing vehicle insurance policy — and confirmed together with your quote. See the Tariff section above for pricing to Bintulu (sedan RM 2,300); rates to Sibu and Miri are on request, check with our officer.

Choose by your car's final destination, not by the state name — the wrong port means hours of driving once the car lands. Pending Terminal (Kuching) is Sarawak's main gateway, with a 5–7 day sea-leg and our most frequent sailings; Bintulu Port is closer for central and northern areas; Sibu is the Rajang River terminal; Miri sits at the far north. Kuching and Bintulu rates are confirmed; Sibu and Miri are on request because slots depend on the schedule. Tell us your destination town and we will confirm the best port. If that port has no slot on the date you want, we can ship to Kuching or Bintulu and arrange the onward road leg.

Only permitted items of no significant value. We suggest emptying the car or only keeping basic essentials. Avoid storing important documents, cash, or expensive electronics.

Yes, insurance is mandatory for shipments via RORO & Container. Rates are port-to-port and exclude Marine Insurance. The premium is calculated from your vehicle's Insured Value — referencing your existing vehicle insurance policy — and confirmed together with your quote.

The balance payment is due after the vehicle is confirmed arrived at the destination port (Sarawak) and before final delivery. We will notify you via WhatsApp once the car has arrived at Kuching/Bintulu/Sibu/Miri.

Yes, we offer home pickup service for selected locations in Klang Valley and surrounding areas. Additional fees apply based on location. Contact us to confirm availability.

We will notify you immediately if there is any change in the shipping schedule. We help reschedule at no additional charge and ensure an alternative date that suits you.

Owner IC copy, vehicle grant copy (if available), and complete vehicle details (plate number, model, colour). We will guide you on the full document list during the booking process.

Please ensure fuel is at minimum level (enough to drive on/off the vessel). Battery must be healthy and functional for the loading/unloading process. We will inspect before loading onto the ship.
