CBM (cubic meter) measures the volume of your goods. Formula: length × width × height × quantity. If measured in meters, the result is already in CBM. If in cm, divide by 1,000,000. Example: a box of 100cm × 80cm × 60cm = 0.48 CBM. Sea freight is priced per CBM.

Sea transit from Port Klang to Kota Kinabalu (Sepanggar) is typically 2-3 days. The complete process from booking to final delivery takes 10–14 days depending on vessel schedule, packing and clearance.

Port-to-port: you drop goods at Port Klang and collect at the Sabah port — the most affordable (RM450/CBM). Door-to-door: we pick up from your address and deliver to the address in Sabah — more convenient, additional cost for pickup/delivery. Door-to-port and port-to-door are also available.

Yes. Large items such as furniture, fridges, machinery and pallets are well-suited to LCL or full container (FCL) shipping. For very heavy goods or machinery, we check first for the correct handling & insurance.

Prohibited/dangerous goods must be checked first: flammable materials, pressurised gas, hazardous chemicals, large lithium batteries, weapons/explosives, and customs-restricted items. Frozen & very fragile goods require special arrangement. Contact us to confirm before booking.

You can pack yourself or use our packing/palletising service. For sea freight, sturdy packing (boxes, crates, shrink-wrap, labels) is important to avoid damage over the 2-3 day voyage. We can advise the best method.

Yes. Shipments are covered by Liberty marine (all-risk) insurance covering bad weather, fire, vessel collision and transit damage. Coverage & claims process are explained during quotation.

Yes. We offer pickup from Klang Valley & surrounding areas (additional fee), or you drop your goods at our Klang yard. From there, goods are consolidated and shipped to Kota Kinabalu (Sepanggar).

For general cargo: an item inventory (packing list), recipient details (name, address, phone in Sabah), and goods type. For high-value or business goods, a purchase invoice/receipt helps for insurance & clearance. We will guide you on the full document list during booking.

Frozen & cold-chain goods need special arrangement (reefer/refrigerated container) and not every sailing supports it. Please check with our cargo officer first for availability, cost, and timing before booking.

If damage occurs in transit, photograph the goods & packing on arrival and notify us within the grace period. We help file the claim with Liberty marine insurance based on the declared value & supporting documents (invoice, packing list, photos). Proper packing is important for a smooth claim.

Vessel schedules can shift with weather & port operations. We notify you immediately via WhatsApp if anything changes and arrange the nearest alternative sailing — with no rescheduling charge from our side.

Yes. For SMEs, companies and official orders, we provide a written quote, reference number (REF) and invoice for accounting & approval. Contact our cargo officer for corporate documentation arrangements.

No — RM450/CBM is port-to-port only (you drop the goods at Port Klang and collect at the Sabah port). Door pickup in the Klang Valley and/or door delivery in Sabah are charged separately as an additional fee. Tell us your pickup & delivery locations for a full door-to-door quote.
