Risks & Delays: What You Should Know
Sailing and arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays usually trace back to the monsoon and rough seas, a vessel schedule changed by the operator, congestion at the port, or incomplete documents holding up customs clearance.
You can cut that exposure down: book early around festive peaks, get the bank release letter ready in advance if the vehicle is still under a loan, and declare accessories or modifications before loading. Our rates are port-to-port and do not include Marine Insurance — Marine Insurance is what covers the value of your vehicle while it is in transit. Without it, the risk stays with the vehicle owner.

What kinds of van can you ship?
Family MPVs, Alphard, Vellfire, Hiace and Urvan are the units we move most often. For RoRo the van must be able to drive on and off the vessel — tell our officer the model and condition when you request a quote.
Which ports do you serve?
For Sabah: Sepanggar (Kota Kinabalu), Sandakan and Tawau. For Sarawak: Pending (Kuching), Bintulu, Sibu and Miri. For the return leg to Peninsular Malaysia: Port Klang, Penang and Pasir Gudang.
How long does van shipping take?
End-to-end delivery is typically 10–14 days, depending on the sailing schedule and the destination port you choose.
How often do vessels sail?
At least two sailings a week on the main routes. Slots are limited on every sailing, so book early for your preferred date.
Are quoted rates port-to-port or door-to-door?
Quoted rates are port-to-port. Door-to-door collection can be arranged on request and is quoted separately based on your location.
Do the rates include Marine Insurance?
No. Port-to-port rates exclude Marine Insurance. The premium is calculated separately from your vehicle Insured Value and confirmed together with your quote.
