The price offered will include the Insurance Premium as shipping via RORO & Container vessels is mandatory. Allianz Marine all-risk insurance covers bad weather, fire, vessel collision, and unforeseen events.
When is the balance payment due?
The balance payment is due after the vehicle is confirmed arrived at the destination port (Sabah) and before final delivery. We will notify you via WhatsApp once the car has arrived.
Is home pickup service available?
Yes, we offer home pickup service for selected locations in Klang Valley and surrounding areas. Additional fees apply based on location. Contact us to confirm availability.
What if the ship schedule changes?
We will notify you immediately if there is any change in the shipping schedule. We help reschedule at no additional charge and ensure an alternative date that suits you.
What documents are required?
Owner IC copy, vehicle grant copy (if available), and complete vehicle details (plate number, model, colour). We will guide you on the full document list during the booking process.
What about the fuel and battery?
Please ensure fuel is at minimum level (enough to drive on/off the vessel). Battery must be healthy and functional for the loading/unloading process. We will inspect before loading onto the ship.
