How long until I hear back after submitting?

Is the quote really free?
Yes — 100% free. No charge for quotes. You only pay after confirming a booking with the deposit. Zero commitment.
I am not sure how to describe my vehicle model. What should I type?
Type whatever you know (e.g. "Toyota Vellfire 2.5, 2019"). If unsure, just type "Sedan", "SUV", "Pickup". We will ask follow-up questions on WhatsApp if needed.
Can I change details after submitting?
Yes — completely. The quote is indicative until you confirm a slot with the deposit. Before then, you can freely change date, method, or vehicle. WhatsApp us the changes.
What is the difference between Door-to-Door and Port-to-Port?
Door-to-Door (D2D): we pick up at your home + deliver to recipient address. Door-to-Port (D2P): pickup at home, recipient collects at port. Port-to-Door (P2D): you drop at Port Klang, we deliver to address in Sabah/Sarawak. Port-to-Port (P2P): self-service both ends — the most cost-efficient option.
What does "additional D2D insurance" mean?
Allianz Marine insurance (for the sea leg) is already included in every quote. The D2D add-on adds coverage for the land legs — pickup from your home, and delivery to the recipient address. One purchase, full door-to-door protection.

Your data is used only to reply to your quote + handle your booking with Rentaka. We do not sell or share with third parties. No automated marketing calls — only real ops staff via WhatsApp.
Can I get a quote for 2-3 vehicles at once?
Yes — list all vehicles in the "Vehicle Model" field (e.g. "1. Honda City 2018, 2. Vellfire 2.5 2020"). We will quote a bundle with a bulk discount.
